Responsibilities

As a Floral Studio Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our floral studio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of talented floral designers and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Creating and implementing procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency in the studio
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of fresh flowers and materials
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained in floral arrangements and designs
  • Training and mentoring new team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and introducing innovative ideas into the studio

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Floral Studio Operations Manager or in a similar role within the flower industry
  • Extensive knowledge of floral design techniques and principles
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for flowers and a creative mindset
